Privacy Policy

Helprs Import is a browser extension for moving companies that use Helprs. When you view a job details page on the MovingHelper provider portal and click Import to Helprs, the extension reads the job information shown on that page and creates a matching appointment in your own Helprs account.

The extension reads a page only when you click Import (plus a lightweight check of the job reference so the button can show whether a job was already imported). It reads only MovingHelper job details pages. It does not crawl, poll, or read pages in the background, and it does not read any other website.

The data read from a job page is:

• the job reference, type, date, arrival window, crew size, and duration
• the customer’s name, phone number, email, and service address
• the customer notes and preferred contact method shown on the page

If you choose a calendar destination (Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar), the job details go directly from the page you are viewing into your own calendar as a pre-filled event or calendar file — they are never sent to or stored on Helprs servers.

If you choose Helprs as the destination, imported job data is sent to exactly one place: your own Helprs account (helprs.app), where it becomes an appointment and customer record your company controls, protected by the same security and tenant isolation as everything else in Helprs. It is used solely for your company’s own scheduling and fulfillment. We do not aggregate imported data across companies, market to imported customers, sell it, or share it with third parties.

• Your MovingHelper credentials — the extension never sees or asks for them
• Your browsing history or activity on any other site
• Marketplace analytics, pricing data, or any page content beyond the job you import

You sign in with your Helprs account. The extension stores your session token and your company’s import defaults locally in your browser’s extension storage. Signing out removes the session. Uninstalling the extension removes everything it stored.

Helprs Import is built by Helprs Technology LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by U-Haul International, Moving Help®, or eMove, Inc. Marketplace operators may restrict provider accounts at their discretion; you use the extension at your own discretion.
