AI Connector
Overview
The Helprs AI Connector gives the AI assistant you already use — Claude or ChatGPT — read-only access to your Helprs data, so you can ask about your business in plain English and reconcile against your accounting tools.
What it is
The connector is a secure endpoint your assistant connects to. Once connected, the assistant can answer questions like “what was our revenue last month?” or “list every payment in July with fees,” pulling live numbers straight from Helprs — it never guesses. It cannot create, edit, or delete anything.
Who it’s for
- Owners & admins — quick answers without building a report.
- Bookkeepers — reconcile Helprs against QuickBooks or Xero in one chat.
Requires the Scale plan or higher. Turn it on under Settings → API & Developer in your dashboard.
