How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your Helprs account and all associated data at any time by emailing our accounts team.
Steps to request deletion
- Send an email to accounts@helprs.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
- Include the email address associated with your Helprs account in the body.
- Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
What happens when your account is deleted
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export anything you need first.
- Your login credentials are permanently removed.
- Your personal data is deleted from our systems.
- This action cannot be reversed.
