Connect Xero + Helprs in Claude
Xero is the easiest accounting tool to pair with Helprs: it has an official connector in Claude’s directory — no third-party middleman, no developer setup.
Setup
- Connect Helprs to Claude — see the guide.
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, find Xero, and click Connect.
- Sign in with Xero, choose the organisation, and confirm both connectors show Connected.
What you can do
Xero’s connector supports reads and writes, so Claude can reconcile a month and then create the paid invoices:
- “From Helprs, list all August payments with gross, fees, and net. Which aren’t in Xero yet?”
- “Create paid invoices in Xero for the missing ones, coded to Sales, with the Stripe fee on its own line to Bank Fees.” Claude drafts each and confirms before writing.
