Helprs Import for Chrome
A Chrome extension for moving companies that source jobs from Moving Help. Open a job details page, click one button, and the job — customer, address, date, arrival time, crew size — lands on your Helprs schedule or in your calendar. No more re-typing, no more wrong phone digits.
See what your workers see
This is a simulation of the Helprs worker app. Press the button to import a sample Moving Help job — exactly what happens when your office uses the extension on a real job page.
No signup needed — fictional data.
Want the full experience? Try the complete worker app in your browser at helprs.app/worker-app — the real app, loaded with sample data, no signup needed.
How it works
- Install Helprs Import from the Chrome Web Store. No signup needed to start — 15 calendar imports a month work right away. Sign in with a free Helprs account (or create one) to import jobs into Helprs for free and get full scheduling.
- Open any Moving Help job details page — or a Thumbtack lead, once you turn Thumbtack on in the extension’s Settings. An Import button appears in the bottom-right corner.
- Pick a destination — Helprs, Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar — and click once. The start time is read from the customer’s notes when they mention one, or falls back to your default for the arrival window.
- Jobs imported into Helprs show up on your schedule and in your workers’ app immediately — ready to claim, clock into, and get paid for.
Going the other way? On calendar.google.com the extension shows an “Import events into Helprs” button — it opens the Schedule import wizard, which connects your Google account and brings events into Helprs in bulk. You can also start it anytime from Schedule → Import → Google Calendar.
What it costs
| You are… | Price | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Importing into Helprs | Free with an account | On every plan, including the free tier. Imported jobs count toward your plan’s normal monthly appointments. |

| Past 15 calendar imports a month | Any paid Helprs plan, or $19.99 / month | A paid Helprs plan (or an active trial) makes calendar imports unlimited. Or the Import Pass: unlimited calendar imports on that browser, no account needed — sold as a license key at checkout. |

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Helprs account?
No — calendar imports work with no signup, 15 free each month. Importing into Helprs itself does require an account (free), and unlocks scheduling, worker assignment, and payments.
I hit the monthly limit. What are my options?
Import the job into Helprs instead (free with an account), upgrade to any paid Helprs plan for unlimited calendar imports, or get the Import Pass for $19.99/month to keep importing to your calendar on that browser. Your free counter also resets on the 1st.
How does the Import Pass work?
Checkout takes a minute and doesn’t create a Helprs account. You get a license key on the confirmation page — paste it into the extension popup once and calendar imports are unlimited on that browser. Cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt email.
What do my workers see?
Jobs imported into Helprs appear in the Helprs worker app immediately — available to view and claim, with the schedule, crew size, and pay details attached. Try the demo above.
Does the extension read anything besides the job page?
No. It only reads the Moving Help job details page you already have open, or (once you turn Thumbtack on) the Thumbtack lead you have open, and only when you click Import. A Thumbtack lead’s messages are used inside your browser to fill the review card. Only the fields you confirm, plus the lead’s request answers, are sent; the message thread is not. See the extension privacy policy for exactly what is read and where it goes.
